TradingView webhook to bot: failure modes

Most installs fail the same few ways. Fix these before arguing about strategy parameters.

1. Alert fires, nothing listens

Wrong URL, dead tunnel, process down, or DNS pointing at last week’s host.

2. Alert fires, bot rejects silently

Secret mismatch, body shape mismatch, or symbol normalization that drops the coin.

3. Alert fires twice

TV retries, duplicate alerts, or no idempotency story. Size caps matter here.

4. Entry works, protect does not

Stop never placed, never synced, or cancelled by a later close path bug.

5. Demo works, production secrets leak

Keys in chat logs, plain env files in git, admin path open to the world.
